The Challenge

BR One is a consultancy firm specialising in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Digital Transformation. They deliver high-quality training and support that empowers employees to embrace technology-led change confidently. They’ve been consistently growing as a company since 2016 and approached Beacon to help redefine their marketing strategy in line with their revised business goals, whilst considering budget restraints and time availability of the team. Main objectives included generating leads, building brand awareness and establishing BR One as a trusted authority in ERP change management and user adoption. They also wanted to position themselves to be brought on earlier in client projects to deliver greater value as a strategic partner.

The Solution

For BR One, we developed a marketing strategy that prioritises a human-centric approach and recognises the crucial role of people in successful technology adoption. We aimed to create a strong foundation for growth and help BR One achieve its revenue targets. 

Our main focus points were building their profile and cultivating audience trust, developing a marketing engine that can generate leads, and defining ways to easily implement this strategy within Br One’s budget and time availability. We proposed a multi-faceted approach that included content marketing across five key pillars, launching a newsletter, podcast and webinar series to share insights and build thought leadership. We also proposed the creation of lead magnets to capture and nurture leads through email marketing. 

The Outcome

Our proposed marketing strategy ensures BR One’s message will reach the right audience through the most effective channels, generating leads, building brand awareness and driving business growth. The nature of the strategy aimed to empower BR One to go away with a choice: take the knowledge and implement the strategy themselves, or collaborate with Beacon for execution. BR One opted for longer-term collaboration with Beacon to ensure efficient content creation, approval and distribution.
